As per policy, we do not have a refund policy. We have designed the platform such that the user will not miss out on watching the movie they paid for.

If Electrical Outage/Internet Outage Prevented Pay-Per-View/Download:

The Pay-Per-View ticket is valid for 48 hours starting from the time of purchase. This means the URL you received after successful payment will be valid for 48 hours. Please try again after power/internet resumes and watch the movie within the 48-hour time period. If issue at your end extends beyond 48 hours, feel free to reach out to us at info@summamovies.com or (0)7338883278. As long as your payment was received and you haven’t watched the movie in full, we will send you the URL to watch the movie again via email. The download service will provide/send suitable download link via email right after the payment confirmation. If the download process was interrupted by power outage and/or internet outage, the download could be resumed [retried manually by the customer]. We work with reliable ecommerce solution providers who will be supporting the download service. Exchanges

As per policy, we do not have an exchange policy owing to the nature of our business. Any pay-per-view or download will not be replaced for another similar product/service.
